Collect reviews for any website
Whatever your shop runs on, tell us about your orders and we email each customer an invitation to review you. Reviews appear on your public RatingsPlus profile and, with our widget, on your own website.

How it works
-
1. Add your website
Prove you control its domain with a DNS record, a tag on your homepage, or a link we email to an address at that domain. Nobody is invited until the domain is verified.
-
2. Tell us about orders
BCC us on your order emails, add an order by hand, or upload a spreadsheet. You choose how many days after delivery the invitation goes out.
-
3. Collect and show reviews
Each review is held for 72 hours, then publishes on its own. Reply from your dashboard and show your reviews on your site with the widget.
Three ways in, no integration needed
BCC on your order emails
We give your website a private BCC address. Add it to the order confirmation or dispatch email your shop already sends, from an address at your own domain; mail that fails both SPF and DKIM for your domain is ignored. We read only the buyer's name and address and the order reference, and never store the email itself. A buyer is not invited twice within 14 days.
Already use the order block other review services read? It works here unchanged, and lets us recognise the confirmation and dispatch emails for one order as a single order:
<script type="application/json+trustpilot">
{"recipientName": "Jane Buyer", "recipientEmail": "jane@example.com", "referenceId": "1001"}
</script>
Add an order by hand
Type in the order reference and the buyer's email, and send the invitation now or after your chosen delay. Cancelled or returned? Suppress the order and any unanswered invitation is withdrawn.
Upload a spreadsheet
Download our CSV template, fill in one order per row and upload it. Each valid row becomes an order; we tell you which rows we could not use and why.
Honest labels on every review
Every review says how we know the reviewer bought from you. Both labels are shown publicly, both count towards your rating, and you cannot change either.
You told us about the order — by BCC, by hand or by spreadsheet — and we emailed the customer. This is the label reviews collected through Website reviews carry.
The order was confirmed to us directly by the platform you sell on, such as a Shopify fulfilment, rather than by you.
No review is approved for its rating. Each one is held for 72 hours, while you can see it and flag it if it breaks our rules, then publishes on its own. What the labels mean · Review policy
