New absolutely terrible experience. we were charged land tax incorrectly, based on a proportional calculation rather than the correct single-holding amount. there was no proper explanation, no apology and very little communication. the only reason the issue was addressed was because i identified the mistake and repeatedly followed it up. even after one refund was made, i knew more money was still owing and had to continue chasing it for weeks. at times, it felt like i was doing their work for them by continually pointing out the remaining errors. paying back money that should never have been charged in the first place does not mean the matter was handled properly. the lack of accountability, communication and basic apology was extremely disappointing. * beware check your contracts and every invoice
I recently rented a unit through noble knight real estate. from the open house inspection where i met property manager kim wells to the move in date i have found them to be friendly, open, helpful, professional and generally on the ball. my first surprise was to actually meet the property manager at the open house who was happy to answer all my questions despite having 49 other people viewing it at the same time. impressive to find someone at an open house who actually knows about the property! i am sure others out there looking for a rental know what i mean. i look forward to a long association with this group. linda hughes
Noble knight, and property manager kim wells in particular provided excellent service, and made my move relatively trouble free, especially as it was the first time i had been a renter for over 30 years. can't say the same about connect now though. they seem to get a commission for doing very little and were next to useless in my case. and i still have to contact them as they seem to be a week in error of when i actually move in!
