I was achy at the upper body region for a while. neck, shoulder and scapular area was much better after and slept good in the night. remedial recommended.
Having booked for my first remedial massage with lydie, i was absolutely blown away. lydie was amazing, professional, understanding and was completely comfortable to be around. i couldn’t recommend her any higher. such a beautiful space has been created and i am eager to come back! 10/10!!
I've been seeing lydie for more than 2 years, currently fortnightly. she always manages to find my sore spots and loosen up my tight muscles and release the tension in my neck and shoulders. she is always on time, kind and her room is comfortable and welcoming. i highly recommend her, you definitely won't be disappointed.
