Lovely new studio in ballarat. very clean, calm and great design. friendly teachers and really enjoyed the hot strength class this morning. felt like a more well-rounded workout than other gyms in the area, and you can go at what pace you like.
Amazing instructors who are all so friendly and helpful. beautiful, well kept facilities and love how the classes always run to time and always different and challenging with new movements. i also love the amount of classes to choose from as i am always working different hours. keep up the good work team ballarat.
