Adam was prompt, affordable, good value, and remedied a problem i could have myself, however he did it sans damaging anything, in about 30 min, and aligned the tongue and striker plates on two doors. further, i did not have to find and replace the passage door lock and handle. $150 well spent. highly recommended.
