  Satchmo and his crew did an amazing job with our bathroom. they were extremely knowledgeable and kind with their advice and recommendations to help with our situation and kept us informed and updated throughout the entire process. matt even took the time to scribe our son’s name into some of the preliminary work making him feel included and more at ease with the process. i highly recommend their services.

  This company was not qualified to renovate bathrooms late in 2024 when i dealt with them, as a check on qbcc website will verify. the contract was broken by them from the beginning, asking for 25% deposit. what stopped work was the wateproofing, which failed a proper inspection and in due time would have presented problems which would not have been covered by insurance. the materials they used were the cheapest quality yet their quote did not reflect a cheaper price. unfortunately we did not get as far as the tiling so cannot comment on satchmo's quality of tiling, but his waterproofing definitely did not pass, and really that is the most important part of a bathroom renovation. +3
