I lucked upon this food truck and thought i'd give them a go because i love a bahn mi. their bahn mi is superb in every way. i will definitely be making the trip across the river again before they leave southbank. might try the noodle salad next.
At the summer hub in brisbane we had the vegan bahn and 2 x crispy pork bahns. they were all fantastic. best bahn we've ever had. we also had an order of spring rolls that was awesome, crispy and not too oily.
