What a great mate! was about to drop daughter's laptop for triage as it was neither working nor charging. for unknown reason it powered on when mehdi started assessing it. i took the risk and decided to take it home. mehdi instructed me to install the firmware etc. genuinely interested to help. will come back if that laptop fail again
