Bay studio has become my second home! from hardly exercising at all, i've become absolutely obsessed (in the best way possible). all the instructors are so warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. the vibe in the studio is calming and inviting. i couldn't recommend enough. love you bay studio
Such a gorgeous studio. each instructor has their own flow and sequence which makes every class so different - always challenging but very therapeutic. i was made feel right at home from my very first class. 100% recommend
