I thought we were out of luck when my husband and i needed a document notarized with an apostille certificate (the thursday before christmas). i called sam park and he quickly understood the urgency. he met with us same day, notarized the document and personally went to dfat for the certificate. i highly recommend sam park.
Sam was pleasant, nice and prompt. everything was settled as requested and processed in a warm and welcome manner. thanks for waiting for us and doing such probably unusual cerifications at almost christmas eve. merry christmas and happy new year!!
