Brett, matt and the team at coastsport are amongst the best in the biz. they’ve helped me many a time be it ante-natal, post partum, with injury management, strength and conditioning or post surgery. super grateful for their knowledge and care. cannot recommend them more highly!
I am currently having treatment for a chronically bad back. gladly, the well considered exercises nominated for me are improving the pain level and i can now see light at the end of my long term pain tunnel. i now need to consistently keep to the prescribed stretching and strengthening routine but happily i now have weekly improvements.
Brett was fabulous taking the time to understand my injury and where and what i was after in regards to my treatment. very professional and knowledgeable.
