Great customer service! i had to return shoes twice as a result of foot injury and podiatrists advice and they were so accommodating, helpful and guided me a number of times to purchasing the right shoe to support my foot needs. highly recommend!
Went to buy a sports t-shirt and the shop didnt have the brand i wanted but the staff member showed me a great alternative which i ended up purchasing. found out the staff member had been there 14+yrs and you could tell from his high level of customer service. great range of sporting goods, easy parking.
We’ve had great service from carlo both times we’ve been to the shop. real expert advice on cricket and tennis equipment, in our case. and no upselling: helped us to pick the right gear at the right price. really recommend this place.
