  I wanted to share our extremely positive experience with the beautiful team at berwick veterinary hospital. our 3 year old boy, levi, has had a not so great experience when it comes to vet clinics. being an accident prone pup, and having hip dysplasia, he very quickly learnt that attending the vet usually meant an association with restraint, discomfort and sometimes pain. our social happy puppy that would bound ahead into a clinic to say high to everyone, very quickly learnt to fear it. fast forward to 2 weeks ago, and with an amazing pre appointment plan in place that helped keep our boy relaxed, after 2 years, we finally got levi into the vet (well the front garden - which was perfect to keep him neutral) and he finally had his health check and vaccinations that we thought we would never be able to get for him. thanks to berwick veterinary hospital, we now have a plan that works for him whenever we need to head in for his health checks. thankyou so much to all the staff involved at the social visit, on the reassuring phone calls, and the day of the appointment. we’re so glad we have you xx

  I have been going to berwick vets for over 40yrs always have very good care and love for all of my many pets, currently misha, ella and saya, tracy has always given me her dedicated care especially when ella needed her crucial ligament op, thank you again tracy.

  I've brought in 3 cats (kevin, bruce and marcy) over about 7 years and have only good things to say. i've been seen by about 10 different people between vets and nurses. they are professional, friendly and happy to be there looking after my animals. it's a hard job but they make it look easy; i'm never worried when i go. even if i have concerns about medications or care instructions provided to me, they explain it and provide why it's important. they've somehow even improved their care over this period too! thanks!
