  I can’t recommend mohammed at head2toe highly enough! after having issues with my knee from running, seeing mohammed was a game-changer. he’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional and thorough, and i always felt genuinely listened to. he focused on long-term strength and recovery rather than just treating the issue, and after only 3 appointments i could really feel the difference. i also really appreciated that he wouldn’t recommend unnecessary appointments if he felt you didn’t need to come back — a genuine sign that he puts your wellbeing first. if you’re looking for someone who truly cares and knows what they’re doing, mohammed is a gem! special shoutout to tyler at reception too — such a great attitude and always so welcoming 😊

  I have been seeing olivia for physiotherapy since december of last year, and i cannot recommend her highly enough. i have been going to her for rehab following acl tear surgery, and she has been absolutely incredible at keeping me on track. olivia has provided unwavering support and motivation throughout the entire journey. she is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely takes the time to listen to my concerns and track my progress. thanks to her guidance, the rehabilitation process has been seamless. in less than six months of training, my legs are stronger than they were before the surgery, and i feel completely confident getting back out to skiing, hiking, and playing tennis. if you need a dedicated and skilled physio, olivia is the one to see!
