  I received five quotes for merbau timber for my deck, and greenhill came in as the most competitive. they included everything i needed as a diyer—stainless steel screws, flashing tape, and oil—which made the whole process much easier. delivery was quick and hassle-free, arriving the day after i placed the order. the timbers were factory-coated with a great finish and consistent colour, which really enhanced the overall look. they also accepted returns for unused timber, which i appreciated. overall, a smooth experience from start to finish—highly recommended.

  We recently decided to give our lounge a facelift by removing our dated carpet and replacing it with engineered australian blackbutt flooring. after visiting greenhill timbers, we were immediately impressed by their expertise, extensive product knowledge, and very competitive pricing. greenhill timbers is a family-run business led by kollee, who provided professional advice and guidance throughout the entire process. the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. if you decide to purchase from greenhill timbers, i would highly recommend asking for the installer, alex. he did a fantastic job bringing our dream project to life. alex takes enormous pride in his workmanship — something that is sadly becoming uncommon these days. the attention to detail and quality of the installation exceeded our expectations. we couldn’t be happier with the final result and highly recommend greenhill timbers and alex to anyone considering new flooring.
