  Cannot recommend highly enough. these guys are fantastic communicators, always get back to you with any questions you have, let you know when they’re on their way, explain what they are doing. tayla has been brilliant too in passing on messages and very friendly. had a difficult aircon install and these guys turned up early to be on time and worked through and got it done before end of day. definitely worth the 5 stars - would use and recommend coop group any day!

  Can't recommend highly enough. cooper came out and assessed our options after our old heater broke. his first questions were about what we were really after and he really listened. made some helpful suggestions that fit our lifestyle in particular. the guys came out for the install and were efficient, polite, friendly and did a great job! they even cleaned up and took away the old unit, and went out of their way to get everything looking clean and neat and tidy. now we are toasty warm! couldn't ask for more. price assessment great price price $2,000+ services heating system installation

  Late review but the team of coop group has been excellent. met cooper himself and was very helpful and patient explaining everything. the reverse cycle system unit installed(mitsubishi) is amazing and would recommend. the standard wall control is acceptable but i suggest upgrading to their higher end wall control for better control of the reverse cycle unit.
