I recently ordered parts from de grandi cycles and i was impressed with their service. they upgraded one component for me, at no extra charge, when the one i ordered was out of stock and instead of free standard delivery, my parcel was sent via express post at no charge. they will definitely be first of my list for future parts.
Walked in for the first time today and were impressed by the fantastic customer service. the 2 staff members we interacted with were both interested in what we were up to and happy to help. searched thoroughly to find us the item we were looking for and gave us a great deal. would highly recommend and will be going back again.
