Simply outstanding customer service from phoebe. she quickly sourced some asics footwear in different colours i wanted from other stores. all including the 20% discount promotion, even though they weren't in stock at the time. nothing was too much trouble. sincere thanks.
Took our granddaughter who has autism to the ballarat store phoebe p (name on the receipt) served us she was awesome! took her time was very patient, helpful& friendly. all the staff were just lovely.
