    I've been going to mardi's restorative yoga class every friday for last 3 months, it really helps with my recovery from hard workout sessions, i noticed my sleep improved, my shoulder and neck pain improved a lot, highly recommend!

    Just tried a yoga class and it was awesome. bianca was incredibly supportive and made me feel comfortable, even though it had been a while since i last did yoga. the class caters to all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. highly recommend!
