My favourite place to practice! humming puppy is such a beautiful and inclusive space. the teachers are highly trained and focus on safety, strength, breath and intelligent vinyasa (no bipolar sequencing or impossible to follow cues!). i highly recommend.
Can i give it 6 stars?! i found this studio when vacationing from canada. it hits all the points for being welcoming, inclusive, trauma informed and simply lovely. my yin style class has me feeling total bliss and the consideration cues helped me leave a lot of my"stuff" on the mat. thank you.
