Great well maintained equipment. feels very private and exclusive to train here, yet the owner, jo, is very friendly and accomodating with little coco thats the cutest. love the playlist and art on the wall, give the overall vibes 10/10 and motivates me to work out more. best gym so far i come across in sydney
Great gym, never too busy, a suitable machine for every exercise. almost tempted to keep it a hidden gem, but joe and the crew deserve the recognition. no egos and lovely team. 5 stars!
