    My son's school laptop had a cracked screen which needed replacing. a few other repair places i tried said they couldn't do it, but serkan from sydney it assist could! he did a fantastic job, kept me updated on the progress, and got the laptop fixed very quickly. it's now as good as new. many thanks!

    Unlike other it companies that use tech speak to talk to laypeople, gavin explains things to me in terms i understand. his service is courteous and prompt and he makes very useful proactive recommendations. the combination of wonderful customer service and technical expertise really sets this company apart. highly recommended.
