I was worried about finding a good mechanic in a smaller city like newcastle however these guys far surpass any mechanic i've seen in melbourne. excellent communication, willingness to dig for hard to find parts and prompt appointments have yielded an exceptional experience with newcastle service center and my early 2000s hightop van
Very good communication, responds to everything in no time. had my car serviced at the newcastle service centre, they done a great job, engine bay was very clean no oil spills/dust. price is very good, will definitely go there again.
