  This company charged me $90.63 after returning to their shop to collect my laptop after being told that it was "toast". i understand the issue was a common one and i believe the diagnosis probably only took a few minutes. complaining was a lost cause. the lesson learned here is to shop around first and be clear on the costs before agreeing to have it looked at.

  I have purchased many components over the years and sent many friends to bailin tech with total satisfaction. and just recently dropped in with my dead laptop, a quick check, clean and tweak got it going all good. ben and phil are awesome local experts. can't recommend highly enough. thanks guys.
