Absolutely brilliant. if you've been wondering about whether to go or not, just do it. best hour of relaxation! you have your own room (no claustrophobic pods) with shower, and your choice of lights on or off, and music on or off. invest in yourself for once.
I was given a gift voucher for my birthday - best gift ever! just had an infrared sauna, float & massage - can’t recommend highly enough. dee did my massage - found sore spots i didn’t even realise i had. fabulous!
