Ben and noah are fantastic. they're prompt, clean up after themselves, and are proactive in identifying (and then discussing options) potential and actual issues. we had them out recently to fix a leak and they flagged that the cistern in the toilet had a leak - they were able to fix it in the same visit. excellent service.
