Powerhouse canberra is highly recommended. i have worked with tim for several issues that i have had and his approach is amazing. he is able to break down the causes and then buld my body back up through detailed exercise plans and guidance.
Matt is great! few sessions in and my injuries are already getting much better and i’m not limping anymore! the recommended exercises if done consistently definitely help too! it’s a bit more on the expensive side but definitely worth the money as you’ll be feeling and seeing progress and improvements in no time! highly recommend!
